Hey, I'm Alex! A mum of 3 wonderful girls and a Portishead-local for the last 13 years.

So, why Hobby Hub...? Well, the simple truth is, I just want to bring people together. Life is all about connection. Yet so many people - no matter what their season of life - can feel lonely or disconnected. We all need that sense of belonging and shared time with others. And often we join hobby groups in the hope of finding that connection in an hour or two of sewing, dancing, singing, playing cards or creating side by side. 

Whatever your hobby, whatever you enjoy - THAT is the point of Hobby Hub. To offer a welcoming space where you can really feel at home. Not a soulless halls or crowded pub, but a cosy place to relax. To linger and build real friendships. A place where your creativity and your sense of community and connection can truly flourish.
